โจ SharePoint RAG Connectorโ
Weโre excited to introduce the SharePoint RAG Connector, allowing assistants to ingest documents directly from a SharePoint document baseโbringing enterprise content into your retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
This new connector is now available in the nAIxus platform as a native source type, enabling quick and secure integration with your Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Functionalitiesโ
-
New Source Type:
A new โFrom SharePointโ connector tile is available when creating a knowledge source, alongside files, web pages, and other integrations.
-
Secure OAuth2 Setup:
Connect using Microsoft Azure credentials by providing:
- Client ID
- Tenant ID
- Client Secret
- Site ID
The connector supports three authentication flows: Client Secret, Client Certificate and Client Credentials.
-
Direct Document Ingestion:
Once configured, documents stored in the specified SharePoint drive are ingested and made available to the assistant for grounding answers with enterprise knowledge.
Simple, Secure, Integratedโ
- No custom code or manual upload needed
- Direct access to structured knowledge in SharePoint libraries
- Designed for extensibilityโfuture enhancements will include folder-level scoping and sync options
This connector unlocks the value of your internal content, making SharePoint a first-class citizen in your AI-powered knowledge ecosystem.

โจ Expanded Entity Managementโ
Say hello to a smarter way to manage your entities. With the Expanded Entity Management feature, we've redesigned how entities are accessed, edited, and curatedโmaking dataset refinement smoother than ever.
Whether you're working on small vocabularies or handling large, dynamic lists, you now have the tools to maintain entity quality without friction.
Key Functionalitiesโ
-
Centralized Access via Training Section:
All defined entities are now easily accessible from the Training section, alongside intents and expressions. This provides a unified view of your assistantโs language model and simplifies curation workflows.
-
New Entities Drawer:
A powerful, reimagined interface allows you to:
- Search entities instantly, with real-time results thanks to smart debounce handling
- Edit entity values on the fly, without navigating away
- Navigate through paginated views, perfect for managing large entity sets
-
Optimized for Speed and Scale:
Whether you're handling 10 or 10,000 entities, the drawer is optimized for performance and built to scale with your assistant.
Designed for Productivityโ
- No more endless scrolling or clunky navigation
- Changes are instantly reflected across datasets and training flows
- Built with feedback from power users to streamline everyday tasks
This update makes entity management faster, clearer, and more scalableโbringing you closer to a high-performing assistant with every edit.
๐ Improvementsโ
- Scenario entity block refactor The scenario-entity block component has been overhauled to align with the new entity-management model; PII is now encapsulated within entities for clearer governance.
- Deprecated Content Removed Obsolete Anonymisation pages have been deleted to streamline the UI.
- Block duplication UX โ A confirmation toast now appears when you duplicate a block, preventing accidental clones.
- Scenario name field โ Input and copy-and-pasted inputs are now automatically transformed when you exit the scenario-name input.
- Scenario list โ The list is now fully responsive across breakpoints for smoother project navigation.
๐ Fixesโ
- RAG document connector timestamps โ
ingested_atis now stored in milliseconds, so dates display correctly everywhere. - RAG SharePoint connector โ Corrects a mismatch that showed the wrong
ingestion_atvalue in some views. - RAG file uploads โ Newly uploaded files appear instantly in the file list without needing a refresh.
- Scenario drawer locks โ You can once again open a block drawer even if another user has merely claimed (but not edited) the block.
- Radio Grid component โ Layout now renders correctly when a description is omitted.
