✨ Transcripts Renewed​

We're excited to introduce the newly redesigned interface, delivering an improved and more intuitive user experience!

What's New:​

  • Enhanced Historical View: Conversations are clearly organized by date and time, with quick visual indicators showing conversation status, platform used (web/mobile), and service type.
  • Interactive Filtering Options: New user-friendly filters allow quick selection of languages, date ranges and release mode, simplifying historical conversation retrieval and analysis.
  • Improved Conversation View: Clear visual cues for conversation flow and assistant interactions. Easily identifiable timestamps and detailed interaction indicators.

✨ Enhanced Webchannel UI​

We've updated the Webchannel by removing the “block effect” around assistant messages, creating a cleaner, more modern user experience.

Additional personalization enhancements will follow in a future release.

  • Enhanced Scenario Builder UI with a refreshed block design for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
  • Disambiguation suggestions are now customizable and support internationalization.
  • Modernized the Import/Export interface in the Training module for an improved user experience.
  • Previously selected working locale is now saved in storage, allowing the application to remember your choice when reloading the page. Hooray!
  • Updated the list of supported Gen AI models as our providers continue to expand their capabilities.
  • A new convenient menu is now accessible at the bottom-right corner, providing quick access to bug reporting and documentation.
  • Added a tenant selector to the Documents Module for easier navigation and management.
  • Scenario : Default output is now intl and matches working locale.

🐛 Fixes​

  • In Scenarios, the output error flag now correctly appears when the default output is set to solo without connections.
  • Application version and bug-report information now display correctly.
