Events

Events are triggered automatically by the system when a specific action occurs. You can configure the system to trigger a specific scenario when an event occurs.

Conversation Initialization

Choose the scenario to trigger when a new conversation is started.

Fallback

Choose the scenario to trigger when the NLP engine is unable to detect the business intent.
